Take your workout to the next level with this spring loaded apparatus. Our most popular class works the entire body with over 200 exercises. This machine strengthens the core and tones to create a long, lean body line! The reformer flattens the abdominals and stretches the entire body for a total body workout. Very joint-friendly, it was originally developed by Joseph Pilates to rehabilitate patients suffering from diseases and injuries. One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, and many more variations.
If you want to burn twice the amount of fat during your session, ask us about incorporating both the reformer and barre. Many of our clients love this combination.

A ballet inspired workout using a ballet barre and classic ballet exercise. This class will sculpt your entire body with long, lean, toned muscles while still being low impact on bones and joints. All levels welcome as long as you’re able to “shake” at the barre.
Embrace “The Shake” in this fun, high energy Barre class. Your BARREtender will give you a combination of a total body barre workout with all the traditional barre moves followed by your traditional pilates mat exercises - a great way to strengthen your cores muscles as well as aligning and elongating the whole body using fun exercises that challenge and balance you.
This class takes you away from the barre and introduces a variety of different types of squats and lunges, focusing on sculpting and toning your hips, thighs and buttocks. All the lower body muscles will be worked equally to balance muscles and build bone density. You will use the step for squats and lunges. Hand weights and kettle bells can be incorporated for an upper body workout. SHOES are recommended for this class.
Body Sculpt Barre
Sculpt your entire body with this total body workout. You will burn and shake in this class. Body Sculpt Barre is a combination of your popular body sculpting exercises and your traditional barre class with all the signature barre moves.
Your BARREtender will serve you up a high energy, fun and challenging workout that will kick your booty, raise your heart rate, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing the ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, cardio and resistance training to achieve that awesome booty!

is an energizing and vigorous style of yoga which consists of a continuous series of flowing postures linked together with breath. This class integrates meditation and mindfulness practice with classical yoga asana, encouraging heightened awareness of breath and body in order to guide one's attention to the present moment.
