Pilates reformer

Take your workout to the next level with this spring loaded apparatus. Our most popular class works the entire body with over 200 exercises. This machine strengthens the core and tones to create a long, lean body line! The reformer flattens the abdominals and stretches the entire body for a total body workout. Very joint-friendly, it was originally developed by Joseph Pilates to rehabilitate patients suffering from diseases and injuries. One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, and many more variations.
If you want to burn twice the amount of fat during your session, ask us about incorporating both the reformer and barre. Many of our clients love this combination. Others prefer to incorporate more yoga moves and stretches into their sessions. Just let us know your individual preferences and we will customize the sessions for you. Sessions are offered with a maximum class size of five. Private sessions are also available. All sessions are by appointment only. To schedule a session, please call Victoria at 320.282.7868. We ask that you wear sticky socks. If you need a pair, you can purchase them at the studio for $10.

Barre Sculpt is a fusion of ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and strength training exercises. This high energy class helps sculpt long lean muscles, improve posture, enhance balance and stability. reformer/barreThis reformer/barre class brings the benefits of pilates and barre together! The barre portion of the class is a ballet inspired workout using a ballet barre and classic ballet exercise. This class will not only sculpt and lean out the muscles with our low impact movements, but bring the mind and body connection of reformer along with the posture improving cardiovascular moves of barre. All we ask is you embrace the shake!

reformer/yoga
This reformer/yoga class connects the body, mind and breath. You will be doing a combination of flowing and holding certain yoga poses with the help of the Reformer. This class will help sculpt long, lean, strong muscles.
