We are so excited to be opening our doors again on June 15th for our Reformer clients. Rest assured that we will be following all the governor's guidelines (which means a maximum of only 4 clients per session) and sanitizing between each session.

Welcome everyone! Barre (pronounced BAR) Bodies is a small boutique studio that is form focused and promotes strong, healthy bodies. We invite everyone to join us at our studio.
We specialize in the Pilates REFORMER classes (performed on machines referred to as apparatuses). The entire time you are on these apparatuses you are working your core, strengthening, stretching, and building bone density with and against resistance (as the apparatuses are spring loaded). Because this is our primary focus, most of the day is filled with these classes.
BARRE classes are also part of our repertoire! BARRE classes are held over the lunch hour, some evenings and on Saturday mornings. These classes strengthen the core, sculpt long lean muscles, stretch the body, calm the mind and are joint friendly. All classes are taught by certified instructors who will care for you and your body. Your experience here will not be anything like the big fitness centers - we focus on personalized attention and small class sizes. BarreBarre is a ballet inspired workout using a ballet barre and classic ballet exercises. This class will sculpt your entire body with long, lean, toned muscles while still being low impact on bones & joints. All fitness levels are welcome! Our BARREtenders will take good care of you in all these classes!
