Aerial hammock silks

welcome to a ​whole new world of fitness!

In our opinion, exercising will never be the same again after your first aerial class. There’s something about working out mid-air that puts a whole new “spin” on everything. Get ready for a full-body workout that’s going to tone your muscles in amazing way - especially your upper body and core.​

Don’t be intimidated! The moves you will perform can look intricate and complicated. It’s easy to think that you will never be able to do it yourself, but you will! You will start with basic moves, and slowly build your skill set and sense of confidence as you move into the more difficult moves. Many of the moves build off the previous move you have accomplished.

As with most exercise programs, it may feel uncomfortable at first, but you will soon move beyond that. It does get easier and you will get stronger.

The aerial hammock is a great activity to check out! You will feel the benefits and learn a new art!


Please note: if you become dizzy easily, have vertigo or have shoulder problems, this is probably not the class for you.

Please wear tight fitted clothing so you do not get caught up in the silks. 
No zippers, chains or jewelry of any kind are permitted because they can rip the silks.
Class Size: 5 or less

Packages are nonrefundable. ​The single session expires 3 months from date of purchase while the packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

You must sign up and pay for classes in advance by clicking on the blue link (above) or by contacting Victoria (320.282.7868).

If you need to cancel, please contact us 8 hours in advance. 
All no-shows without notice will be charged. 

At least two people need to be registered for class or it will be cancelled. If the class is cancelled because there were not enough people registered or because of the weather, you will be notified and will not be charged for the session.

Drop-ins are welcome on a first come, first serve basis, priority is given to those that have already signed up.

class descriptions

BEGINNER AERIAL FITNESS

This class teaches you the fundamentals of using the hammocks including the different grips, wraps, crocheting and aerial terminology. You will learn how to safely use the hammocks, do inversions and balance techniques.​

aerial sculpt

​This class is a full body workout with many exercises derived form suspension training, TRX, pilates, and body sculpt classes using your own body weight and the silks.

aerial fit flow

​Learn some aerial sequences while mixing in some fit fun! Expect to develop a fun, flowy sequence on the hammock, and get a little sweaty with a bit of conditioning and stretching.

aerial flow and stretch

​Come relax and unwind after a long day by being good to yourself. In this class, we will slowly flow through aerial moves with a heavy emphasis on relaxing and stretching out your body. This class is meant for everyone! *No experience needed.*

aerial buns and guns

​This class will primarily focus on working the glutes and arms. We will be sure to deliver an intense workout along with some stretching and fun aerial tricks!! *No experience needed.*

aerial yoga

​Take your yoga practice to the next level. Aerial yoga gives you a deeper stretch with support. This class will stretch, relax, decompress your spine and neck with fun yoga poses in the silks. It will feel amazing on the body. *No experience needed.*
